Supporting You Through Life’s Puzzle Pieces

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, an opportunity to explore your story, gain new perspectives, and begin to piece life back together with understanding and compassion.

Sometimes, life can feel like a puzzle with pieces missing or out of place. Together, we’ll look at each piece, your experiences, your challenges, and your strengths, and begin to form a clearer, more grounded picture of who you are and where you want to go.

As a two-time breast cancer survivor, I deeply understand how healing requires courage, patience, and self-compassion. This perspective shapes my work with clients as we navigate life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges with empathy & care.
